Terms and Conditions
Updated August 1, 2016- Article 1 - Coverage
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all pages on www.dojotradebots.com and all transactions conducted with DojoTrade Bots.
- Article 2 - Acceptance
- By registering an account on this website with DojoTrade you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Article 3 - General Information and Use
- The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
- Article 4 - Digital Goods and Delivery
- All products on this website are digital goods. We do not buy, sell, or trade any physical goods. All products on this website will be delivered to your MTGO account via the in-game trading interface. An MTGO account is required in order to receive the products sold on this website.
- Article 5 - New Accounts
- Due to a large number of fraudulent users on the internet and MTGO in particular, new accounts may be subject to various identity verification methods. When registering an account, a mailing address is required as a method of identity verification. We may ask for additional information including but not limited to proof of address, proof of identification and social media account names.
- Article 6 - Large Purchases
- Large purchases will be subject to review and may require account and identity verification as outlined in Article 5 - New Accounts.
- Article 7 - Returns
- Due to the volatile prices and availability on MTGO as a result of the nearly instant-transaction MTGO trading economy we are unable to accept product returns.
- Article 8 - Order Limitations
- We reserve the right to limit or decline the purchase of any items from our store. In most cases this will result in a limit of 4 copies of a single item per 24 hours. This policy is in place to maximize our inventory's reach to players. If you order more than 4 copies of an item, we may reduce the order to 4 copies. If you place more than one order that add up to more than 4 copies of a single card combined within 24 hours, we may cancel or reduce the quantity of the second order. This includes but is not limited to trading directly with our bots on MTGO, creating an order for an item, and creating multiple orders for the same item. This limit may not apply to certain items such as Event Tickets, Basic Lands, and cards in which the card text states that a deck can contain any number of that card (examples include Shadowborn Apostle and Relentless Rats).
- Article 9 - Order Cancellation
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. All orders will be reviewed for fraudulent or otherwise undesired activity. On rare occasions we may run out of stock for a particular item due to extreme market conditions (banned and restricted announcements, spoiler announcements, pro tours). In this case the order may be postponed or cancelled since it cannot be satisfied. If you are purchasing cards for speculative purposes we recommend purchasing the cards directly from our bots with Event Tickets to avoid order cancellation due to stock discrepancies.
