Frequently Asked Questions
- When can I pick up my order?
-
Your order will be ready for pickup within 24 hours of sale unless otherwise noted during the checkout process. We are normally staffed between 9AM-9PM CST (GMT-6) on Weekdays and will usually be able to deliver your cards within an hour (this is not a guarantee). Weekend orders may be delivered throughout the weekend or on the following Monday after 9AM CST. If you want to check if a representative is available at the time of order, please send a message to the account 'FullSets' on MTGO.
- How will I receive my items?
- Your order will be stocked on one of our automated delivery bots. Once the cards are ready on the delivery bot and you have been notified, you will open a trade on MTGO with that bot and you will be able to pickup your items. Detailed instructions for delivery pickup are available here.
- How do i know when my order is ready to be picked up?
- Once we have reviewed your purchase and we have stocked the cards onto our automated delivery bot, we will send you an email with the delivery information.
- I haven't received notification that my delivery is ready, how should I proceed?
- If it is a weekday and has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, please send us a message in-game on the account 'FullSets' or use our web contact form
- I don't want to wait for you to process my order. What are my options?
- You can trade your Event Tickets with our automated bots to receive cards immediately. See our in-game bot price list and inventory here.
- What if I don't pick up my cards from the delivery bot?
- Orders paid for with Event Tickets and not picked up will be cancelled after 48 hours.
- Orders paid via PayPal that are not picked up after 14 days will be put on hiatus and removed from the delivery bot. Contact us to have them restocked. After 30 Days, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
- I was able to open a trade with the delivery bot but I don't see any cards.
- Please click the 'Reset All Filters' button at the top-right corner of the trade window. Sometimes MTGO remembers your filters from the previous trade and it is usually the reason why you may not see the cards you are expecting.
